Marshall S. Marvenko – Washington, Pa., formerly of Donora

Marshall S. Marvenko, 73, of Washington, Pa., formerly of Donora, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, Nov. 11, 2021, in Transitions Health Care in Washington, Pa. Born Sept. 22, 1948, in New Eagle, he was the son of the late Ignatz “Jack” and Mary Kiminsky Marvenko. Marshall was a 1968 graduate of Donora High School and always enjoyed fishing, playing basketball, watching the Steelers and being involved and participating with Special Olympics. Surviving are his sister, Barbara Allridge of Monongahela; a nephew; Michael (Jodi) Allridge of Bethel Park, their sons, Eli and Aidan Allridge of Bethel Park; and a third great-nephew, Alexi Allridge of the state of Washington. He was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Wayne A. Allridge Sr., who died Feb. 11, 2016, and a nephew, Wayne A. “J.R.” Allridge Jr., who died Nov. 8, 2004. Interment was held in Monongahela Cemetery with committal prayers by Pastor John Pipp. MARSHALL MARRA FUNERAL HOME, 216 Chess St., Monongahela, 724-258-6767, marshallmarrafuneralhome.com, was in charge of the arrangements.
