Lauren Elizabeth Dumm – Charleroi

Lauren Elizabeth Dumm, 33, of Charleroi, passed away peacefully at home on Nov. 13, 2021. Lauren was a 2006 graduate of Char leroi High School, where she played softball, basketball and track and field. She attended Penn State Greater Allegheny, where she played basketball. She is survived by her parents, Marian and James Dumm of Charleroi; brothers, Jeffrey (Carrie) Dumm of Scottdale and Jared (Anne) Dumm of Baldwin; nephews and nieces, Trystan “TJ,” Landon, Ninelle and Lena Dumm; uncle, John (Beth) Munson of Nigeria; aunt, Terri Munson, of San Antonio, Texas; and numerous cousins. She is predeceased by her paternal grandparents, Franklin and Anna Marie Dumm; maternal grandparents, John I. and Elizabeth Ray Munson; uncle, Paul (Joanne) Dumm; and aunt, Annette Miller. Left to cherish her memory are her many friends who appreciated her humor, “realness” and huge giving heart. Life was never dull when Lauren was around! Her Taurus horoscope Saturday fit her perfectly, “Refuse to let change cause worry and uncertainty. Go with the flow and you’ll find a way to benefit from whatever situation you encounter. Trust your instincts and use your charm.” Friends will be received from 1 to 6 p.m., the time of service, Wednesday, Nov. 17 2021, at CARL J. SPALLINO FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION, 819 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi, Joseph A. Lopez, funeral director. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Charleroi Educational Foundation, P.O. Box 382, Charleroi, PA 15022.
