As many Mon Valley businesses continue to try to find their way in these difficult times, local nonprofits, economic development organizations and corporate businesses are not letting them fight the battle to survive alone.  On Thursday, Community Bank and the Mon Valley Alliance, surrounded by local leaders, announced they are partnering to create the Mon Valley Business Resource Center.
