Patricia Bloom – Elco

Patricia Bloom, 84, of Elco, passed away on Monday, Nov. 1, 2021, at her home. She was born in Roscoe on Dec. 2, 1936, a daughter of the late William and Ethel Coking Foster. Patricia was a member of Roscoe Methodist Church. For many years, Patricia was the chief dispatcher and an EMT for 5 Town Ambulance before retirement. She is survived by two sons, Charles W. Bloom Jr. of Emmitsburg, Md., and Michael W. Bloom of Thurmont, Md.; a daughter, Melissa Stockman of Elco; four grandchildren, Michael E. Bloom, Alan Booth, Danielle Booth and Brandon Lee Bloom; and two great-grandchildren, Maddie and Tenzyn Bloom. Patricia was preceded in death by a daughter, Patricia Ann Booth; a granddaughter, Heather Altman; brother, Donald Foster; and two sisters, Carroll June Shaffer and Bonnie Myers. There will be no public visitation. A memorial service will be at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to MELENYZER FUNERAL HOMES & CREMATION SERVICES INC., Roscoe.
