Eugene S. Nagy – Donora

Eugene S. Nagy, 72, of Donora, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 2, 2021, at his home. Born June 7, 1949, in New Eagle, he was the son of the late Eugene C. and Margaret Staffen Nagy. A lifelong resident of Donora, Eugene was Catholic by faith and was a retired foreman from Corning Glass in Charleroi. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War, serving in the Marine Corps, was a member of the Donora and West Brownsville American Legions, Donora Sportsman Club and was always in his garage fixing things. He is survived by the mother of their children, Linda Pavelko Nagy; son and daughter-in-law, Daniel “Buk” and Joelle Kubasiak of Carroll Township; daughter and son-in-law, Leah and Tom Lloyd of Donora; son and daughter-in-law, Jeffery and Kim Kubasiak of Donora; son and daughter-in-law, Ben and Robin Kubasiak of Pittsburgh; son, Eugene Nagy of Donora; daughter, Lindsay Rabbitt and Court Smith of Carroll Township; brother and sister-in-law, Carl “Joe” and Mary Ellen Nagy of Donora; 14 grandchildren, Jacob, Gianna, Jared, Brittany, Zach, Sydney, Joshua, Samantha, Bethany, Lacey, Julia, Natalie, Lily and Kaylie; one great-granddaughter, Amelia; and special companion, Shirley Brown. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to PARZYNSKI FUNERAL HOME & CREMATIONS LLC, family owned and operated, 626 Broad Ave., Belle Vernon, 724-929-6183.
