Janet R. Wilkinson Lucovitz – Belle Vernon

Janet R. Wilkinson Lucovitz, 74, of Belle Vernon, Washington Township, passed away Sunday, Oct. 24, 2021, at Penn Highlands Healthcare, Mon Valley, Carroll Township. Born April 16, 1947, in Greensburg, she was the daughter of the late Russell E. and Mary Ellen Owens Wilkinson. A resident of Belle Vernon for the majority of her life, Mrs. Lucovitz was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Carroll Township, and was retired from Lifesteps, where she worked as a caregiver. Janet enjoyed watching movies, shopping, drawing, doing arts and crafts, dancing, going out to eat and spending time with her family. She is survived by her son, William Lucovitz of Fayette City; two daughters and a son-in-law, Margaret Lucovitz and fiancé Bryan Little of Charleroi, and Diana and Daniel Landrin of Belle Vernon; two grandchildren, Haley Elizabeth Jodon and Dakota Rain Landrin; and her pet dog, Dolly. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at PARZYNSKI FUNERAL HOME & CREMATIONS LLC, family owned and operated, 626 Broad Ave., Belle Vernon, 724-929-6183, followed by funeral services at 8 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev.
