Cynthia Sue Cramer, 60, of Smithton, passed away on Oct. 13, 2021, at UMPC Presbyterian Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. She was born Feb. 2, 1961, to the late Joseph Shaffer and Sara Rupp Shaffer. Cindy was an LPN at Monongahela Valley Hospital for 40 years. She was a member of Barren Run United Methodist Church. Cindy is survived by her family who were her world, daughters Clarissa Cramer, Chelsea and Joseph Smail; and grandsons, Casdyn Cramer and Jackson Smail. She was preceded in death by her parents. Family and friends will be received at BROOKS FUNERAL HOME INC., 406 E. Washington St., Mount Pleasant, Pa., from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 17, the hour of funeral services, with the Rev. Lee Maley officiating. The family requests that all guests wear facial masks and social distance.
