  Angelo Suppa Jr., 90, of Penn Hills, formerly of Belle Vernon, passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 12, 2021. Husband for 40 years of Dorothy Knapp Suppa; father of Angelo Suppa III, Toni (the late Skip of 35 years) Suppa-Bruce, Victoria (Mark) Suppa-Patten, Tina Suppa, Donna (Grady) Suppa-Bolton and the late Charles Suppa. He is also survived by Dorothy’s children, Frank (Lori) Serrao, Donna (John) Moroney and Lynn Roseberry. He was grandfather of 12 and Dorothy’s eight grandchildren; great-grandfather of 10 and Dorothy’s four great-grandchildren; brother of Katherine Moravec and the late Samuel Suppa, Joseph Suppa, Nick “Tony,” Frank, Jim, John, Louise and Justine. Angelo was a self-employed truck driver and was the former bar owner of Angelo’s Bar in Belle Vernon. He proudly served his country as a decorated U.S. Army combat soldier in the Korean War, earning the rank of corporal. Angelo enjoyed bowling and traveling in his RV. The family will hold a private committal service with military honors in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville.
