Elizabeth Forward teacher receives national honors

An Elizabeth Forward second grade teacher received national honors from the company that produces the Canvas learning platform.
Angela Girol was named the Elementary Educator of the Year by Instructure. According to Elizabeth Forward Superintendent Dr. Todd Keruskin, only six people were tapped for the honors, one elementary teacher, one middle school teacher, one high school teacher and three teachers in higher education.
