Charleroi Council meeting gets heated

A relatively routine council meeting ended with shouting on Wednesday, as a drawn-out issue involving tenant occupancy became heated. Councilman Frank Paterra brought up immigrants and other undocumented residents living in the borough, which led to a heated discussion.
