Kathleen B. ‘Kathy’ Shawley – North Belle Vernon, formerly of Monessen

Kathleen B. “Kathy” Shawley, 68, of North Belle Vernon, formerly of Monessen, went to be with God on Sunday, Oct. 3, 2021, at her home. She was born on May 13, 1953, in North Charleroi, daughter of the late Steve and Julia Onda Krivacek. Kathy was a 1971 graduate of Monessen High School and a member of Epiphany of Our Lord Church. She worked at the former Health Mart in Monessen, for the former First Federal Savings Bank and most recently for Valley 1st Federal Credit Union, both in Monessen. Surviving are her brothers, Steven M. Krivacek of Sidney, Ohio, and Gregory (Carol) Krivacek of Pittsburgh; nephew, Ryan Krivacek of Sidney, Ohio; three nieces, Katharine (Chanse) Krivacek Walker of Sidney, Ohio, and Laura and Sarah Krivacek; great-nieces, Khloe and Konley Walker; and by cousins and friends. Kathy loved her family and her two cats and will be greatly missed. Friends will be received at DALFONSO-BILLICK FUNERAL HOME INC. AND CREMATION SERVICES, 441 Reed Ave., Monessen, from 9 to 10 a.m. Friday, with 10 a.m. the time of service with Father Michael J. Crookston officiating.
