James Quigley, 78, of Brownsville, died Sunday, Sept. 26, 2021, at his home. He was born June 12, 1943, in North Charleroi, the son of William and Anna Walker Quigley Sr. Jim retired in 2018, from Asplundh, where he was employed for over 30 years. He loved to golf and bowl. He is survived by his wife, Paula Huweart Quigley, with whom he celebrated 25 years of marriage on Aug. 3, 2021; sons and daughters, Brandon and Corey Quigley, both of Brownsville, Richard Stanko of Bethel Park, Amanda Pasquariello and husband Chris of Brownsville, James Jr. and Shawn Quigley, Shelly, Kimberly, Dawn and Marcy Quigley; grandchildren, Caison Stanko, Maira Quigley, James Quigley III, Kurt and Brian Ezzo, Raymond and Cody Rossi, Heather and Bradly Lee; sisters, Teddy Pommerville of Lancaster, Calif., and Betty Cooper of Harbor City, Calif. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandson, Jackson Stanko; and brother, William Quigley Jr. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 28, 2021, and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 29, 2021, at FRYE FUNERAL HOME INC., 427 W. Main St., Monongahela, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 30, 2021, with Brother Daryle West officiating. Interment will follow in Mon Valley Memorial Park, Donora.
