Nancy D. Gillingham, 84, of Rostraver Township, died Wednesday, Sept. 22, 2021. Born in Collinsburg on Aug. 18, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Wilfred Thomas and Jean Povirk Dainty. Nancy was a secretary for Belle Vernon Door Sales for 35 years and was a member of Miracle Ridge Baptist Church in Forward Township. She enjoyed genealogy and studying her family history. Nancy especially loved spending time with her family. She is survived by her sons, George Gillingham of Sutersville, David (Marcy) Gillingham of Rostraver and Anthony (Tracy) Gillingham of Belle Vernon; daughters, Lori G. Stangroom of Rostraver and Christi (Brent) Crawford of Perryopolis; grandchildren, Nicole, Joshua, Floyd, Tony, George, Adam, Brooke, Andrew, Ashley, Alex, Charles and Austin; great-grandchildren, Nina, Mia, Alexa, Anna, Belle, Greysen, Shawnee and Layla; and sister, Winnie D. Oleksak of Greensburg. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles D. Gillingham; and brother, Wilfred Dainty. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 25, 2021, at JAMES C. STUMP FUNERAL HOME INC., 580 Circle Drive, Rostraver Township, 724-929-7934, www.jamesstumpfuneralhome.com, where a funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 26, with Pastor Sean Johnson officiating.
