Donna Marie Wnek, 58, of Donora, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 18, 2021, at her home. She was born in Donora on May 5, 1963, a daughter of the late George Neil and the late Georgina Snyder Hoostal. She was Catholic by faith and a member of St. Andrew the Apostle Parish. Donna was very family oriented and had a great deal of love for her husband, children and grandchildren and loved being involved in their lives. She was a die-hard Pittsburgh Steelers fan and had a passion for Harley-Davidson. Donna worked as an area manager for many years with Wendy’s. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Neil Andrew Hutchenson; her stepfather Andrew “Hoss” Hoostal; and a sister, Carole Pavelko. Surviving to cherish her memory is her husband, George “Randy” Daube; a son, Ricky (Courtney) Cole II; the love of her life, “Bugger,” three grandchildren, Jaxon Neil Cole, Skylar Renee Cole and Kassidy D. Pavelko; step-children, Tristan Daube, Blake Daube, Ridge Daube and Shayla Crews; three step-grandchildren, Gianna Daube, Carmine Daube and Maceo Saunders; three sisters, Sister Phyllis Superfisky of Florida, Helen (Thomas) Kosor of Ruffs Dale and Margaret (Juan) Perez of Donora; three brothers, Felix (Pam) Superfisky of Michigan, Jim (Karin) Superfisky of Michigan and George Neil of Donora; and numerous nieces and nephews. Arrangements have been entrusted to the ANTHONY L. MASSAFRA FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICE INC., 40 Second St. Ext., Carroll Township/Donora, PA 15033, 724-379-6900, where the family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 23, 2021. A blessing service will be held in the funeral home at 8 p.m. Thursday. To be socially responsible during this time of the increase in COVID-19 cases due to the new variants, we will continue to require guests to obey social distancing guidelines and personal protection guidelines which include masks within the funeral home.
