Bearcats knock off Cougars in overtime

Bentworth head coach Gary Amos describes Jerzy Timlin as having a calm demeanor when faced with pressure situations. So, when Timlin lined up for a penalty kick with 7:48 remaining in overtime against Charleroi Tuesday night, Amos wasn’t worried. He showed faith in his junior forward who blistered a shot top left corner past Charleroi goalkeeper Nate Mazon to give the Bearcats a 4-3 win in a non-section bout at Ellsworth Athletic Field.
