Thresa Lynne Thompson Semancik, 48, of Rostraver Township, died Sunday, Aug. 15, 2021.  Born in Washington on Feb. 14, 1973, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Charlotte Thompson Snyder Sr. Thresa loved looking for “new adventures.” She enjoyed the country, especially the “Moo-Moo” cows. She also enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, crafting, horseback riding, riding motorcycles and listening to all types of music. Thresa truly loved her entire family. She is survived by her children, Jenna Semancik and Michael Semancik Jr.; siblings, Julie Snyder, Daniel Snyder, Tim Snyder, Elizabeth Heide and Paul Snyder; aunt, Sherry Hefner; dear friend, Michael Semancik Sr.; numerous nieces and nephews; and her beloved dogs, Zoey and Cooper. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Bob and Mitzie Thompson; and brother, Edward Snyder Jr. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at JAMES C. STUMP FUNERAL HOME INC., 580 Circle Drive, Rostraver Township, 724-929-7934, www.jamesstumpfuneralhome.com. Following the visitation, family and friends will be invited to share in a Celebration of Thresa’s life.
