Stephen E. Burns, 80, of Champion, formerly of Donora passed away Aug. 3, 2021, in The Patriot of Somerset. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the RHOME FUNERAL HOME INC., 1209 Grand Blvd., Monessen, where friends will be welcomed from 1 to 3 and 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday.
