Adina Laccetti Mancini, 87, of Monessen, passed away on Tuesday July 27, 2021, in Baptist Homes, Castle Shannon. She was born on Jan. 15, 1934, in L’Aquila, Italy, the daughter of the late Paulo and Maddalena Duronio Laccetti. Adina was a resident of Monessen most of her adult life and a member of Epiphany of Our Lord Church. She was a former member of St. Cajetan Roman Catholic Church, where she and her late husband, Joseph A. Mancini Jr., were active volunteers, and where she was a member of the Rosary Altar Society. Adina and Joe operated the New Alpine Club Restaurant in Monessen for many years. To Adina, family was everything. She was a loving wife, mother, Nona, sister and aunt who enjoyed being with her family, whether it was on vacation, for the holidays or just Sunday dinner at home. She is survived by her four children, Anita (Thomas) Imbrescia of Sewickley Township, JoAnn (Timothy) Billick of Monessen, Carol (Anthony) Trona of Canonsburg and Edward (Anna) Mancini of Baldwin; eight grandchildren, Philip (Vicky) Trona, Mario Trona, Justin (Selena) Imbrescia, Nathan Imbrescia, Joseph (Melanie Landers) Mancini, Christina (Jordan Valentine) Mancini, Erica L. Billick and Chelsey R. (Grant Rukat) Billick; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by an infant grandson, Baby B Mancini; brother, Philip Domenic Laccetti; and a sister, Fernanda (Artemio) DiMarco. Friends will be received at DALFONSO-BILLICK FUNERAL HOME INC. AND CREMATION SERVICES, 441 Reed Ave., Monessen, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday. Services will be held Friday, beginning with a 9:30 a.m. blessing in the funeral home, followed by a 10 a.m. funeral Mass in Epiphany of Our Lord Church with the Rev. Michael J. Crookston officiating. Entombment will follow in Grandview Cemetery Mausoleum, Monessen. Condolences accepted for the family at www.dalfonso-billick.com.
