Albert “Dean” Lowe, 55, of Dunlevy, passed away on July 4, 2021. Born on May 15, 1966, he was the son of the late Donald and Cecelia Lowe. He was a member of City Reach Church of Charleroi and had worked as a driver for Model Cleaners and as a utility worker for AmeriGas. He loved to ride his Harley and spend time with his grandchildren. Dean is survived by his wife, Peggy Lowe; sons, Kurtis (Katelynn) Lowe of Monongahela, Donald (Debra) Lowe of Dunlevy and Derek (Abigail) Lowe of Charleroi; a nephew who was like a son, Ryan Tuman of Dunlevy; grandchildren, Trinity, Baylee, Kameryn, Amila, Aynsleigh and Scarlett; brother, Timmy Lowe of Fallowfield Township; sister, Becky “Bubba” Lowe of Dunlevy; brothers-in-law and sisters-in law, Michael and Janette Hewitt and Dorothy and Walter Regal; mother-in-law, Vickie Hewitt; several nieces and nephews; and his cat, Emma. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his father-in-law, Albert Hewitt. Per Dean’s wishes there will be no visitation. The family will host a memorial service, with the date to be announced in the future. Arrangements are under the care of CARL J. SPALLINO FUNERAL HOME, Charleroi, Joseph A. Lopez, funeral director.
