Albert ‘Dean’ Lowe – Dunlevy

Albert “Dean” Lowe, 55, of Dunlevy, passed away on July 4, 2021. Born on May 15, 1966, he was the son of the late Donald and Cecelia Lowe. He was a member of City Reach Church of Charleroi and had worked as a driver for Model Cleaners and as a utility worker for AmeriGas. He loved to ride his Harley and spend time with his grandchildren. Dean is survived by his wife, Peggy Lowe; sons, Kurtis (Katelynn) Lowe of Monongahela, Donald (Debra) Lowe of Dunlevy and Derek (Abigail) Lowe of Charleroi; a nephew who was like a son, Ryan Tuman of Dunlevy; grandchildren, Trinity, Baylee, Kameryn, Amila, Aynsleigh and Scarlett; brother, Timmy Lowe of Fallowfield Township; sister, Becky “Bubba” Lowe of Dunlevy; brothers-in-law and sisters-in law, Michael and Janette Hewitt and Dorothy and Walter Regal; mother-in-law, Vickie Hewitt; several nieces and nephews; and his cat, Emma. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his father-in-law, Albert Hewitt. Per Dean’s wishes there will be no visitation.
