Constance “Bosco” DeZardo, 64, of Donora, passed away on Wednesday, June 2, 2021, at UPMC Mercy Hospital, Pittsburgh, with his loving family by his side. Born in North Charleroi on April 22, 1957, he was a son of the late Constance W. and Margaret Barna DeZardo. He was Catholic by faith and a member of St. Andrew the Apostle Parish. Bosco was a retired maintenance supervisor for the Washington County Courthouse. He was a huge Pittsburgh Steelers fan and was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Donora, the Rusin Club and American Legion Post No. 212 in Donora and was involved in many charity organizations. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert and Ronald DeZardo; and two nephews, David and Robert DeZardo. Surviving to cherish his memory are his sisters, Jeannie Ayd of Hampstead, Md., and Mary Ann Thornley of Donora; a sister-in-law, Linda DeZardo of Monessen; several nieces and nephews; and many friends. Arrangements have been entrusted to ANTHONY L. MASSAFRA FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICE INC., 40 Second St. Ext., Carroll Township/Donora, PA 15033, 724-379-6900, where the family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, June 7, 2021. A blessing service will be held in the funeral home at 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 8, 2021. Interment will follow at Mon Valley Memorial Park, Donora.
