Patricia Bell, 84, of Belle Vernon, passed away on Sunday, May 30, 2021. A daughter of the late Patsy and Selma Staup Ginglardi, she was born in Charleroi on July 6, 1936. A lifelong resident of Belle Vernon, Patricia had been a member of First Presbyterian Church, where she served as a deacon and was an active member of the choir. She had been employed at ITS and was a secretary and bookkeeper at Belle Vernon Area High School and at Creative Cabinets for many years. She had a love for traveling, reading, music and her family. In 1956, she was crowned Miss Mon Valley and participated in the Miss Pennsylvania Pageant, in which she received the Most Talented Award for her singing. She is survived by a daughter and son in-law, Jennifer and Michael Metikosh of Belle Vernon; three sons and daughters in-law, Mark and Laura Bell, Eric and Joyce Bell and Christopher and Judy Bell, all of Belle Vernon; 16 grandchildren, Daniel Bell, Nick Bell, Brandon Bell, Randi Jo Quattro, Adam Bell, Andrew Bell, Cameron Bell, Austin Bell, Christopher Bell Jr., Zachary Bell, Chad Metikosh, Maren Metikosh, Ian Metikosh, Tristan Bartolomucci, Cheyenne Singosky and Peggy Singosky; and several great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Lee Bell, on Jan. 16, 2018; a son, Jeffrey Bell; and a brother, Jerry Ginglardi. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY INC., 700 Broad Ave., Belle Vernon, 724-929-5300, www.FergusonFuneralHomeandCrematory.com. A funeral service will be held at 12:30 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home with Pastor Mary Kay Glunt officiating.
