Barry R. Youger Jr., 43, of Belle Vernon, formerly of Charleroi, went to be with the Lord Saturday, May 22, 2021. The son of the late Barry R. Youger Sr. and Pamela Nogach Sichi, who survives and resides in Belle Vernon, he was born in North Charleroi on Nov. 11, 1977. A 1996 graduate of Charleroi High School, he loved the game of baseball and was a catcher all four years on the high school baseball team. Barry was Russian Orthodox by faith and was a member of Club Serenity in Charleroi. He was a swimming pool installer, did concrete work and landscaping. In addition to his mother and her husband, Armand Sichi; he is survived by one son, Jaxon R. Youger; his fiancée, Crystal Shunk of Monessen; a sister, Larissa (Dewayne) Renwick of Pittsburgh; and two nephews, Steven and Scott Hormell of Brownsville. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a nephew, Zachary Hormell in 2011. Friends will be received at FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY INC., 700 Broad Ave., Belle Vernon, 724-929-5300, www.FergusonFuneralHomeandCrematory.com, from 2 to 3 p.m. Saturday, May 29, at which time a memorial service will begin.
