Karen J. Katsuleres – Monessen

Karen J. Katsuleres, 74, of Monessen, died Thursday, May 20, 2021, at Victoria House, Monessen. She was born in North Charleroi, on Nov. 25, 1946, the daughter of the late Andrew and Norma Wood Fabian. Karen was Catholic by faith and a member of the former St. Cajetan Catholic Church. She was a graduate of Monessen High School, Class of 1964, and went on to obtain a bachelor’s degree from California University of Pennsylvania in 1968. She worked as a computer programmer for NASA and STG Inc. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Manuel Katsuleres. She is survived by her daughter, Tracy (Jeremy) Span of Fredericktown; her son, Mathew Katsuleres of Maryland; her three grandchildren, Eric, Sara and Kyra; and her sister, Janice Fabian of Coram, N.Y. Friends will be received at DALFONSO-BILLICK FUNERAL HOME INC. AND CREMATION SERVICES, 441 Reed Ave., Monessen, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday, May 24, at which time services will be held with Pastor Jeff Marton officiating. Interment will be at Grandview Cemetery. Condolences accepted for the family at www.dalfonso-billick.com. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests to make a donation to a charity of your choosing.
