  Robert A. “Robbie” Foster Jr., age 44, of Honolulu, Hawaii, died Tuesday, April 27, 2021, at Avalon Care Center in Honolulu, Hawaii
He was born in New Eagle on Nov. 11, 1976 t, he son of Robert and Judy Forsythe Foster. Robbie was a 1995 graduate of Ringgold High School where he was a member of the tennis team. He graduated from Penn State University in 1999 with a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering.He worked with the Dick Corporation on the Route 43 expressway before being transferred to Hawaii in 2002. Robbie loved scuba diving, surfing and was a fan of NASCAR . He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Russell and Edna Forsythe; and his paternal grandparents, Theodore and Margaret Foster. Surviving to cherish his memory are his parents Robert and Judy Foster; his sister, Kimberly (Brett) Massafra; a niece, Emily Massafra; an aunt, Sally Guydan of Florida; an uncle, Joseph Foster of Illinois; and numerous cousins Arrangements have been entrusted to the Anthony L. Massafra Funeral Home and Cremation Service Inc., 40 Second St. Ext. Donora, PA 15033, 724-379-6900, where friends will be received from10 to 11 a.m. on Monday May 10, 2021 f. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Monday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Jude Urso officiating. Interment will follow at Monongahela Cemetery, Monongahela, PA. To be socially responsible during this time of the COVID-19 pandemic, we will continue to ask guests to obey social distancing guidelines and personal protection guidelines which include masks within the funeral home.
