An independently owned Washington County bridal shop has been given a unique opportunity.
Bella Sposa Bridal, Prom & Tux, located in Washington, will be one of about 50 locations nationwide to have an in-store boutique featuring one of the most popular wedding gown designers in the country.
Owner Kevin Finney said that such a partnership, especially at an independently owned shop, is rare.
The boutique will feature Morilee gowns by New York-based designer Madeline Gardner.
“Morilee is consistently one of the top wedding dress designers in the U.S. and has a strong commitment to small business,” Finney said. “This in-store boutique concept and partnership is unique in our industry.
“It is unheard of for a bridal designer/manufacturer to invest capital in a privately owned retail store, and they are only doing this with about 50 stores across the U.S.”
Finney said the designs are trendy, but still affordable.
“Morilee wedding dresses, while stunning, are at a price point that is affordable to our local brides and the upgrades to the space will provide a high-end feel for those customers without the high-end prices,” Finney said. “While couples struggle during the pandemic to even have weddings, we try to provide them with the quality, pricing and personal service to make it just a little easier.”
