Katherine “Kutchie” Kash, 90, of Charleroi, passed away peacefully on April 17, 2021, at Victoria House Personal Care Home. The daughter of the late Theodore and Antionia Spewak Stetz, Kutchie was born on Jan. 2, 1931, in North Charleroi. Katherine is survived by her son, Paul Gary (Margaret) Kash of Belle Vernon; daughters, Karen (Richard) Malcolm of Clermont, Fla., and Judith (Stephen) Sebastian of Sharpsburg, Ga.; grandchildren, Paul Kash II, Adam Christopher Kash, Brandon Scott Kash, Malissa Bodnar, Ryan K. Crooks, Wesley Crooks, Ian Sabastian and Elizabeth Sabastian; great-grandchildren, Elijah Kash, Kaiden Kash, Kaileb Kash, Kaizley Kash, Ethan Calendar, Brandon Kash and Brianna Kash. In addition to her parents, Katherine was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Kash; brothers, Michael, Steven and John Stetz; and sisters, Anna Dominik, Helen Gialmes, Mildred Zaboski, Martha Povich and Julia Susko. Family and friends will be received from 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday, April 21, 2021, at SCHROCK-HOGAN FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES INC. Funeral services will be held at noon in the funeral home with Father John Parker officiating. Interment will follow at Charleroi Cemetery.
