Louis A. “Hubie” Hubert, 60, of Monessen, died Thursday, April 15, 2021, at Monongahela Valley Hospital. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at ROBERT A. BILLICK FUNERAL HOME, Monessen. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be sent to Wounded Warrior Project, 600 River Ave., Suite 400, Pittsburgh PA 15212. A complete obituary will appear in Tuesday’s edition of the Mon Valley Independent.
