Lisa M. Tedrow, age 59, of West Newton, formerly of Elizabeth, passed away on Friday, April 9, 2021, at Allegheny General Hospital. She was a bus driver for Belle Vernon Area School District. Born April 11, 1961, in McKeesport, she was a daughter of Marian Minda Gallo of Clairton and the late Sonny Gallo. In addition to her mother, she is survived by a daughter, Jamie Williams of Uniontown; a son, Brad (Jocelyn) Yurkovich of Vail, Ariz.; grandchildren, Anna, Owen, Hailey, Eliza and Morgan; sister, Donna Bergman of Franklin Park; brother, Adam (Saundra) Gallo of Wickhaven; stepmother, Vicki Gallo of Webster; companion, Charlie Balko of West Newton; along with nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Friends will be received at PAUL E. BEKAVAC FUNERAL HOME, 221 North Second Ave., Elizabeth, from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, April 12, 2021. In order to comply with COVID-19 restrictions, guests are required to wear masks and follow CDC social distancing guidelines. You may be asked to limit your visiting time so that all guests will have an opportunity to pay their respects. The family would like to express their understanding to those who are unable to attend due to the COVID-19 pandemic. A blessing will take place at 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 13, 2021, in the funeral home with the Rev. Thomas A. Wagner officiating. Burial will follow in Round Hill Cemetery, Elizabeth Township.
