Michael Bilski of Arnold City passed away suddenly in his home on April 1, 2021. He was born on Sept. 1, 1952 and was a 1970 graduate of Belle Vernon Area High School. His working career began at the Allenport plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel in 1970 and finished at Therm-O-Rock in New Eagle in 2018. He was the loving father of Melissa Ann Bilski Kilvady (Joseph John) of Belle Vernon; and proud grandfather of Kaleb-Thomas Lemley and Jayden Lemley and Julia, Violet, John and Grace Kilvady. He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis Bilski and Julia Ercegovich Bilski. He is survived by his wife, Peggy; brother, Robert Bilski; and sisters, Sandra Bilski and Carol Bilski of Arnold City. He has one surviving aunt, Betty Bilski (Floyd) of Arnold City; and numerous beloved cousins. He was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church and belonged to the PNA of Arnold City and the Monessen Eagles Club. Mickey was an avid Pittsburgh sports fan who loved Pirates baseball and Steelers and Pitt football. Friends will be received at ELEY MCCRORY FUNERAL HOME in Fayette City from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 6, 2021, followed by a 1 p.m. Catholic Mass at St. John the Baptist Church in Perryopolis with Father Rody Mejia as celebrant. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
