There may not be a pair of sisters who have made as much of an impact for their respective college teams this season as Elizabeth Forward graduates Taylor Ludwick and Kaylee Ludwick.

Taylor is a sophomore outfielder at Colgate University, while older sister Kaylee is a junior catcher/outfielder at St. Vincent College.

Through 12 games with the Raiders this spring, Taylor Ludwick is hitting .278 (10 for 36) with three home runs and six RBIs. She hit her third homer of the season Saturday in a loss to Boston University.

Taylor Ludwick has posted a pair of multi-hit games, both of which came in a March 27 doubleheader split with Holy Cross. Ludwick went 2 for 3 with a stolen base in a 2-0 Game 1 loss before going 3 for 4 with a pair of home runs and five RBIs in a 9-0 win. The last of her homers, which were the first of her collegiate career, was a grand slam in the sixth inning.

Colgate is 3-9 overall and 1-5 in Patriot League play.

Kaylee Ludwick has been finding her own success at the plate for the Bearcats. In eight games, she is hitting .480 (12 for 25) with four RBIs and five runs scored. Ludwick has posted four multi-hit games, including a 4 for 4 performance against Geneva March 23.

St. Vincent, which plays in the Presidents Athletic Conference, is 6-7-1 overall
