Geraldine E. Nicklow Lenhart – Dunlevy

Geraldine E. Nicklow Lenhart, 89, of Dunlevy, passed away on Tuesday, March 23, 2021, at home. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ in Monongahela, where she was ordained as a deaconess in 1967. She attended Dunbar Township High School. Born July 19, 1931, in Bitner, she was a daughter of the late Arthur and Edith P. Stull Nicklow and wife of the late Lawrence C. Lenhart. She is survived by daughter, Deborah L. (the late Ronald) Albeck of Boston, Pa.; grandson, Timothy Lenhart of Altoona; brother, Robert D. (Pamela) Nicklow Sr. of Forward Township; her puppy, Molly; also, her nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by son, Robert L. Lenhart; and brothers, Raymond, Harry, Donald and Melvin Nicklow. Friends will be received in the PAUL E. BEKAVAC FUNERAL HOME, 221 N. Second Ave., Elizabeth, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, March 26, 2021. In order to comply with COVID-19 restrictions, guests are required to wear masks and follow CDC social distancing guidelines. You may be asked to limit your visiting time so that all guests will have an opportunity to pay their respects. The family would like to express their understanding to those who are unable to attend due to the COVID-19 pandemic. A funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 27, 2021, in the funeral home chapel with Evangelist Robert D. Nicklow Jr. and Elder Joshua Nicklow officiating. Burial will follow in Jefferson Memorial Park, Pleasant Hills.
