Catherine Puskarich – Fayette City

Catherine Puskarich, 93, of Fayette City, passed away Monday, March 22, 2021, in her home. She was born Oct. 14, 1927, in Derry, a daughter of the late John and Angela Smen Yurmanovich. Mrs. Puskarich was a homemaker and a member of St. Katherine Drexel Parish, Bentleyville campus, for 60 years. She was currently attending St. John the Baptist Church in Perryopolis. Surviving are three children, Karen Watkinson of Fayette City, Paula Bain (Frank Paris) of Aliquippa and John Michael Puskarich (Carol) of North Carolina; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Ann Yaksic of Willoughby, Ohio and Barbie Mazak; one brother, Joseph Yurmanovich; several nieces and nephews. Deceased, in addition to her parents, are her husband, John Puskarich; and several brothers and sisters. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 25, 2021, in St. John the Baptist Church, Perryopolis with Father Rodolfo Mejia officiating.
