Frances E. Livingstone – Fairhope, Belle Vernon

Frances E. Livingstone, 88, of Fairhope, Belle Vernon, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2021, in Cambridge Creekside Senior Living, Charleroi. She was born Aug. 29, 1932, in Fayette City, a daughter of William Package Sr. and Rose Stanish Package. She was a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church, Belle Vernon. She is survived by four sons, Joseph A. Livingstone Jr. and wife Young Hi of Laurel, Md., Michael W. Livingstone of Cheyenne, Wyo., James C. Livingstone and wife Susan of Newell, Christopher Livingstone of Colorado Springs, Colo.; two daughters, Tara M. Livingstone of Charleston, W.Va. and Carrie R. Livingstone of Belle Vernon; three sisters, Christine Canigiani and husband Mark of Dunlevy, Rosalie Eanone of Clarksburg, W.Va., Maxine Package of Florida; brother, William Package,Jr. and wife Judith of Fayette City; and 17 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Joseph A. Livingstone Sr.; son, Daniel Livingstone; and daughter, Valerie Livingstone. Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 25, 2021 and also 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 26, at ELEY-MCCRORY FUNERAL HOME, Fayette City, Pa. www.eleymccroryfuneralhome.com. Blessing service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 27, 2021, in the funeral home with Father Michael J. Crookston officiating. Interment will follow in the Mount Auburn Cemetery, Dunbar. Keeping in compliance with the State Mandate, guests are asked to please abide by personal protective guidelines, masks MUST be worn, social distancing must still be maintained and to please minimize your visit to allow other family and friends to pay their respects to the family.
