Friday fish fry season begins
Karrie Gregor, manager of Monessen Hilltop Fireman’s Club, hands a fish sandwich called the “landslide” to Brett Crenshaw of Monessen. The “landslide” features provolone cheese, coleslaw, fries and tomatoes. Monessen Hilltop’s hours are 4 to 9 p.m. Wednesdays for wings and 11 a.m. to 8 pm. Fridays for fish.
