Joyce Visco – North Charleroi

Joyce Visco, 82, of North Charleroi passed away Saturday, Jan. 30, 2021, at Westmoreland Manor. Born in Brownsville on May 3, 1938, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Virginia Mae Ward Martin. Joyce worked for Bell Telephone and was a seamstress for the Mon Valley Superstars from 1989 until her retirement. She was a member of the Charleroi Presbyterian Church. Joyce is survived by her daughter Sandra (Terry) Foster; grandchildren, Martin and Ashleigh Foster; sister-in-law, Stella Visco Kennedy; caretakers, Robert and Kimberly Bury, Dr. Gareth Bury and Dr. Morgan (Dr. Maxwell) Bury-Eriksen. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, James Visco, who passed in 1994. A special thank you to the staff at Westmoreland Manor and Heartland Hospice.
