Thomas Lynn Hartbarger – Arvada, Colo.

By obits

Thomas Lynn Hartbarger, passed away peacefully in Arvada, Colo., on Dec. 17, 2020, at the age of 75. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, two children and five grandchildren, all of whom he adored. He is also survived by his loving sisters and their husbands; many nephews and nieces who reside in Colorado; and sisters, Dianne Thompson and Lois DiBartolomeo of Rostraver. Tom retired in 2008 as a machinist after 35 years with Coors Container Company. What he loved most was his time with family, especially wrestling with his young grandsons. He had many hobbies and was an avid sportsman, cowboy action shooter and retired volunteer firefighter. He enjoyed being around horses, motorcycle riding and just having fun. He may be best known for his crazy sense of humor. He loved this country and traveling to different states to see it. He will be greatly missed, yet there is comfort in the fact that he knew Jesus, was baptized and is now at peace. As a veteran, Tom will be laid to rest at Fort Logan National Cemetery with full military honors. Memorial contributions may be made to Arvada Elks Lodge No. 2278 or Bethlehem Lutheran Church.
