George J. Gregorini – Bentleyville

George J. Gregorini, 73, of Bentleyville, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2021, at Monongahela Valley Hospital. He was born Feb. 17, 1947, in Monongahela, a son of the late George and Mary DeSantis Gregorini. He graduated from Monongahela High School. He also graduated from the Triangle School of Drafting and retired from Alpha Structures in Canonsburg. A veteran, Mr. Gregorini served during the Vietnam War with the U.S. Army’s 630th Transportation Company and was a member of American Legion Post 949 in Carroll Township. Surviving is his wife, Patricia Ann Stanish Gregorini. They would have been married 50 years this June. Also surviving are his son, Chad Gregorini (Sherri) of Irwin; granddaughter, Gabriella Gregorini; siblings, Robert Gregorini (Laura) of Redmond, Wash., Marsha Axe (Howard) of Cleveland, Ohio, and Mary Beth Gregorini of Monongahela; brother-in-law, William J. Stanish (Debbie) of Sewickley; and several nieces and nephews. Friends are welcome from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 2, at THOMPSON-MARODI FUNERAL HOME INC., 809 Main St., Bentleyville, 724-239-2255. Due to the current limitations on gatherings, visitors to the funeral home will be restricted to 25 at a time. Facial covering and social distancing are required. A private blessing service will be held with the Rev. Edward L. Yuhas. Private interment will be in National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville, with military honors by the Mon Valley Honor Guard and the U.S. Army. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorials may be made to the Bentleyville Volunteer Fire Department, 900 Main St., Suite #100, Bentleyville, PA 15314.
