Daniel Walter Zemko, 68, of Charleroi, originally of Van Voorhis, passed away peacefully at his home with his family on Monday, Jan. 25, 2021. Born on July 12, 1952, he was the son of Antonina “Tootsie” and Walter Zemko. He was husband to Bernadette Bell Zemko; father to Jessica (Matthew) Smith, Sarah (Chris) Rose and Danielle (Alex) Tonecha; grandfather to Emma, Halle and Evan Smith, Mason and Hudson Rose and Louise Tonecha; brother to Shirley Gersna and Mary Jane Martucci; and brother-in-law to Elena Bell and Emmett Bell. He was also survived by many nieces and nephews. Daniel enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his grandkids. At the family’s request, all services will be held privately. Arrangements have been entrusted to PITTSBURGH CREMATION AND FUNERAL CARE, 3287 Washington Road, McMurray, PA 15317, 724-260-5546.
