David J. Marche – Monongahela

David J. Marche, 48, of Monongahela, died unexpectedly Saturday, Jan. 16, 2021, at Monongahela Valley Hospital. Born Nov. 8, 1972, in Monongahela, he is the son of Larry A. Marche Sr. of Monongahela and the late Helen A. Smith Marche, who died July 25, 2007. A 1994 graduate of Charleroi High School, Dave had worked at the Monongahela Eat’n Park for the past 25 years. He enjoyed watching movies, listening to music and spending time on his computer. Surviving in addition to his dad are two brothers, Lawrence A. Jr. and wife Linda Marche of Monongahela and John W. Marche of Van Voorhis; his high school sweetheart, Kim Smith of Monongahela; two nephews and two nieces Joey, Natalie, Benjamin and Noel Marche; an uncle, Robert March of Bolton, Conn.; and an aunt, Lois Lesnick of Monongahela. Preceding him in death was his stepmother, Sandra J. Solomon Marche, who died Nov. 25, 2017; and two uncles, Gary Marche, who died May 14, 2017, and John Marche, who died in 1955.
