Anna L. Biber – Elizabeth Township

Anna L. Biber, age 88, of Elizabeth Township, died on Jan. 6, 2021. Born in Pittsburgh on Oct. 6, 1932, she is the daughter of the late Katherine Currie and the wife of the late Donald Biber. She worked as an administrative assistant for Boston Mutual Insurance Company. She enjoyed volleyball, fishing and bowling with her friends. She is survived by daughters, Denise (John) Kish of Liberty Boro, Katherine (Richard) Gaydos of Winston Salem, N.C., and Karen (Chris) Roberts of Oviedo, Fla.; sons, John (Donna) Lazar of Lower Burrell and Russel Biber of Madision, Va.; and grandchildren, Gregory R. (Meghan) Gaydos, David and Rachel Biber and Lexanna and Alex Roberts. Anna wrote a autobiography for her reunion that her family would like to share. She stated, “Reflecting back on my life, I feel that I was blessed to have been able to raise wonderful children, enjoyed my grandchildren and found love again later in life.” Family wants to thank Becca Green and the staff of Grandview Estates of Elizabeth and Sherrie Fabean, hospice nurse and staff of Caring Hospice for taking such wonderful care of their mother, Anna.
