Sarah B. McCrory Sutherland – Monongahela

Sarah B. McCrory Sutherland, 87 of Monongahela, passed away Monday, Dec. 29, 2020, in Canonsburg General Hospital. She was born Sept. 12, 1933 in Fayette City, daughter of James Bird McCrory and Emma Breon McCrory Brosick. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Monongahela. She is survived by three daughters, Nancy Lisovich and Bob Toth of West Mifflin; daughter, Cathy Lexso of Newton Falls, Ohio; and daughter, Cynthia McCormick and Brock Keppler of Pottstown; grandson, Craig Lisovich and Rochelle; grandson, Brian Lisovich and Hillary; granddaughter, Keri Molter and Kim; granddaughter, Sarah Frye and Shawn; she is also survived by three son-in- laws and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by parents; husband, Jerry F. Sutherland in 2005; three sisters, Dixie Babich, Jane Stetsko and Alice M. Walters. Friends will be received from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 3, 2020 at ELEY-MCCRORY FUNERAL HOME, Fayette City, PA. www.eleymccroryfuneralhome.com. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 4, 2021 in the funeral home with Pastor Joshua Scully officiating. Interment will follow in the Belle Vernon Cemetery, Belle Vernon. Keeping in compliance with the State mandate, guests are asked to please abide by personal protective guidelines, masks MUST be worn, social distancing must still be maintained and to please minimize your visit to allow other family and friends to pay their respects to the family since we are still limited to 10 guests in the funeral home at a given time.
