Margaret ‘Peggy’ Mosco – Charleroi

Margaret “Peggy” Mosco, 82, of Charleroi, passed away on Dec. 28, 2020. Born on Feb.14, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Stanley and Sara Forsythe Michalosky. She was very passionate about her church, St. Andrew the Apostle in Charleroi, loved animals and was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. Peggy is survived by a son, Timothy Mosco and wife Lisa of Harrisburg; daughters, Maria Streno and husband Mike of Eighty Four and Suzanne Sarra and husband David of Waynesburg; grandchildren, Kristina and Zachary Streno, Dante, Dominick and Nina Sarra and Morgan and Matthew Mosco; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Bernard “Benny” Mosco; and sister, Carol DuJordan. Friends will be received from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 31, at CARL J. SPALLINO FUNERAL HOME, Charleroi, Joseph A. Lopez, funeral director. Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Andrew the Apostle, Charleroi, with interment following in Mon Valley Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Andrew the Apostle Parish, 624 Washington Ave., Charleroi, PA 15022. Online condolences may be sent to www.spallinofuneralhome.com.
