Evelyn Dean Perok – Charleroi

Evelyn Dean Perok, 90, of Charleroi, died peacefully in her sleep on Dec. 26, 2020. She was born in Charleroi on Aug. 26, 1930, and is predeceased by her parents, John and Mary Coulson Dean; and brothers, Jack and Donald Dean. She is survived by her husband, Samuel Perok. Married on Thanksgiving Day in 1950, they recently celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary. She is also survived by daughter and son-in-law, Lorry and Randy Roblin; son, Larry Perok; grandsons, Hunter Donovan Perok and Timothy Plavko; granddaughter, Tylie Jo Perok; great-grandson, Liam Plavko; and numerous nieces and nephews. Evelyn was a devoted daughter, sister, wife, mother and grandmother who lived for her children and grandchildren. She dedicated her entire life to caring for her family, who considered her to be a first-class homemaker, a top-notch cook and baker and a talented seamstress. She was loved dearly and will be sorely missed. Evelyn graduated from Charleroi High School, Class of 1949. At her request, there will be a blessing service for immediate family only. Arrangements entrusted to CARL J. SPALLINO FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION, Charleroi, Joseph A. Lopez, funeral director.
