Teresa Ann Kowalecki, 49, of Bethel Park, formerly of Monessen, died Tuesday, Dec.15, 2020, in St. Clair Hospital following a lengthy illness. She was born on June 14, 1971, in North Charleroi, daughter of Bonnie McIntyre Chilton of Monessen and the late Clifford Chilton. Teresa was a 1989 graduate of Monessen High School and received her bachelor’s and master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Point Park University. She had worked as an education administrator for the Western Pennsylvania Head Start Program. Teresa was a member of The Living Room Church in Webster. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband of 27 years, Eric Kowalecki; a son, Eric Christopher Kowalecki of Bethel Park; two sisters, Kimberly (Paul) Mountain of Victory Hill and Ethel Chilton of Butler; a brother, Anthony Chilton of Monessen; and several nieces and nephews. A private family viewing was held at DALFONSO-BILLICK FUNERAL HOME INC. & CREMATION SERVICES, 441 Reed Ave., Monessen, with funeral services being held in The Living Room Church, Webster, with Pastor Henry Frain officiating.
