Leta June King, 82, of Belle Vernon, passed away Thursday, Dec. 17, 2020, in Belle Health Care, Uniontown. She was born June 13, 1938, in Glassport, daughter of Lester King and May Bowen King of Glassport. Leta moved from Glassport to Belle Vernon for the last two years, where she was cared for by her sister, Kathryn Kukler, due to declining health. She was Lutheran by faith. Leta retired from Byrnes & Keifer of Pittsburgh. She was an avid Steelers and Penguins fan, loved line dancing, loved her family and cared for her mother, May, for many years when she became ill and until her death in 2009. She is survived by four sisters, Mary Ross of North Huntington, Eva Lattanzi and husband Larry of Glassport, Beverly Smith of West Mifflin and Kathryn Kukler and husband Gary of Belle Vernon; and one brother, Harold King and wife Judy of Glassport. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister and brother-in-law, Clara and Donald Twele; two brothers-in-law, Frank Ross and Francis Smith; nephew, Jason Ross; and niece, Debbie Lattanzi Eismont.
