Iva Irene Carson Molinari – Windber

Iva Irene Carson Molinari, 95, passed away from COVID-19 complications at Windber Woods Senior Living and Rehabilitation Center. She was born on Dec. 29, 1924, in Speers to Lawrence and Iva (Morgan) Carson. Iva is survived by her nieces and nephews, Mary Lou Rilee, Nelda (Dom) Ruscitti, Barbara Libengood, Darrell (Kathy) Molinari, Carla (Len) Linsenbagler, Vaughn Libengood, Louis Molinari, Brandon (Heather) Bailey, Derek (Danielle) Bailey and many other nieces, nephews and cousins. Iva was employed by several gift shops in Charleroi and enjoyed going on trips with her husband. She was a member of First United Methodist Church, where she met her good friend, Peg. Iva moved to the Johnstown area in 2015 to be near her niece, Diane Carson (Don) Bailey. In addition to her parents, Iva was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph A. Molinari, whom she married June 8, 1946, in Winchester, Va.; and her brothers, Norman (Rose) and Edward Carson of Dunlevy. Friends and family will be received from 11 to noon Saturday, Dec. 19, 2020, at SCHROCK-HOGAN FUNERAL HOME, 226 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi, PA 15022. Graveside funeral services will be held at Howe Cemetery beginning around 12:30 p.m. The funeral services will be streamed online via Facebook Live on the Schrock-Hogan Funeral Home Facebook page. MASKS MUST BE WORN AND PLEASE LIMIT YOUR VISIT TO FIVE MINUTES OR LESS. FOLLOWING THE GUIDELINES OF GOV. WOLF. ONLY 10 PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED AT A GIVEN TIME IN THE FUNERAL HOME.
