Anna Marie Farquhar, 73, of Fayette City, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2020, in her daugh-ter Brenda’s home. A daughter of the late John and Mary Ercegovich Yusko, she was born in North Charleroi on April 25, 1947. A resident of Fayette City most of her adult life, Anna Marie retired from Mon Valley Hospital’s dietary department after 25 years. Survivors include a daughter and son in-law, Brenda and Walt Sinsley of Belle Vernon; a son, George Farquhar and fiancée Danielle Pugliesi of Fayette City; three grandchildren, Chelsea Sinsley, Meagan Hara and Alisa Sinsley; two great-grandchildren, Alexis Tkach and Lyle Hara; two brothers, Johnny Joe Yusko and Charles Yusko, both of Fairhope; four sisters, Priscilla Byzon of Herminie, Joyce Lahti of Fairhope, Lindy Sapanara of Connellsville and Patricia Jakela of Monessen. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Allen Farquhar Sr., in 1985, and her boyfriend, Jack Vargo in 2010. There will be no public visitation. A memorial service will be held at a date and time to be announced.
