Timothy M. Jones, 61, of Long Branch, passed away on Dec. 13, 2020, in his home. The son of the late William and Ann Gaisbacher Lorenzi Jones, Tim was born March 17, 1959, in North Charleroi. A graduate of California High School, Class of 1977, Tim worked for more than 40 years as a repair technician. A member of the Long Branch Sportsman Club, Tim was very active with many hobbies, including vintage clock restoration, homemade wine, building items from scratch and many other outdoor activities. Tim is survived by his wife, Janet (Pokomo) Jones; daughter, Stacey (Patrick) Jones; his brother, Daniel and wife Debra Jurik-Jones; two grandchildren, Jaxon and Darren Jones, his loving brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Tim was preceded in death by his grandparents, Anthony and Ethel Gaisbacher and James and Gladys Jones. Friends and family will be received from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 17, 2020, at SCHROCK-HOGAN FUNERAL HOME, 226 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi, PA 15022. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 18, 2020, in the funeral home with Pastor Kevin Roberts officiating. The funeral services will be streamed online via Facebook Live on the Schrock-Hogan Funeral Home Facebook page. Interment will follow at Mon Valley Memorial Park. FOLLOWING THE GUIDELINES OF GOV. WOLF, ONLY 10 PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED AT A GIVEN TIME IN THE FUNERAL HOME. MASKS MUST BE WORN. PLEASE LIMIT YOUR VISIT TO FIVE MINUTES OR LESS.
