Dolores “Billie” Johnson, 86, of West Mifflin, died peacefully on Wednesday, Nov. 10, 2020. Dolores was born March 16, 1934, in Pricedale, the daughter of Russell Bizzelle and Hazel “Nana” Radcliff. She is survived by sister, Irene “Dolly” Rennie of Greenburg; brother, Marvin Bizzelle of Milwaukee, Wis.; son, Thomas “Leon” Johnson of Belle Vernon; son, Leon Bizzelle Johnson of Louisville, Ky.; grandson and wife, Russell Leon Johnson and Nicole Johnson of Monessen; great-granddaughters, Londyn and Laina Johnson; and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and in-laws. Dolores retired happily from Mercy Hospital following a 35-year career as an operating room technician. She was highly respected by co-workers and was missed by many upon retirement. She enjoyed spending time with her loving family hosting many backyard gatherings and holiday dinners. She was an excellent cook and entertained with her welcoming, infectious laugh. She had a love for the outdoors that included fishing and foraging for greens. She had a natural green thumb. She also loved sports and was very athletic. She is preceded in death by her parents: mother, Hazel Radcliff and stepfather, Daniel “Pater” Radcliff; and former husband, Thomas “BeBe” Johnson.
