Mon Valley Independent-BeeGraphix Players of the Year Eben McIntyre and Jillian Butchki headline the 2020 Fab 15 all star teams, which were unveiled on MVI Live’s YouTube channel Thursday.

McIntyre, a junior forward who netted a WPIAL-best 43 goals this season, was one of two Charleroi players to be named to the first team, joining senior teammate Sam Iacovangelo.

Belle Vernon Area led all teams with five first-team selections. Leadership award winner Daniel Sassak and goalkeeper of the year TJ Watson were amongst the Leopards chosen. They were joined by Nick Nagy, Austin Martin and Tyler Mocello.

After winning its first section title in 22 years and advancing to the WPIAL Class 2A semifinals, Elizabeth Forward is represented by four first teamers. Forwards Andrew Smith, Donovan Woytsek and Rob Hrabosky were joined by goalkeeper Austin Onofrey.

Rounding out the Fab 15 first team on the boys side were Serra Catholic’s Joey Folino and the Thomas Jefferson trio of Luke Giger, Jack Sella and defender of the year AJ Getsy.

Elizabeth Forward matched its four first-team picks with four on the second team in Ethan Bowser, Gino Penascino, Isaac Hrehor and Mitchell Ulm.

BVA was represented by Daniel Gordon and Tyler Kovatch, while Charleroi’s Jake Chambers, this year’s newcomer of the year, was joined by Serra’s Nick Almeter and TJ’s Trystan Alava.
